Dr.
Catherine T. Aimone-Martin, President (resume)
Cathy Aimone-Martin has
worked over 37 years in the mining and construction industries and with geotechincal consulting firms in both the U.S. and Canada. Her research
and training work spans 25 years with academia and national laboratories in
rock blasting optimization, vibration analysis, structure response, and
community relations. Dr. Aimone-Martin is also an Emeritus Professor of
Mineral and Civil Engineering and Explosives Engineering at New Mexico
Institute of Mining and Technology and serves on a number of national boards
and conducts education and training programs throughout the U.S.
Mr. Vitor Rosenhaim, Hawaii Office Manager and Senior Project
Engineer (resume)
Vitor has an MS in Mineral Engineering with a Specialization in Explosives
Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a BS in
Mining Engineering from Federal University of Rio Grande Do Sul in Brazil.
Vitor is responsible for construction and blasting projects, structure
surveys, field vibration measurements, and data base design.

Mr.
Tye Lasich, Project Engineer

Tye conducts
pre-construction structure surveys, field monitoring of blasting, and
construction vibrations and specializes in structure response measurements. He is responsible for geotechnical evaluations and site
characterization. Tye has an MS in Mineral Engineering with a Specialization
in Explosives Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology
and a BS in Geological Engineering from Montana Tech.

Ms. Shari Montazeri, Director of
Administration
Shari serves as office
manager and accountant. She is currently pursuing a MS degree in
Engineering Management from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.

Ms. Sandra Duvauchelle, Vibration
and Community Relations Consultant

Sandra has 30 years experience
in site development projects and construction management with 15 years in
Hawaii. Project development expertise includes obtaining entitlements, civil
design coordination, county, and state permitting and approvals. Sandra
serves as a community relations liaison, providing continuous communications
throughout development and construction and coordinating professional
services.
