Dr.
Catherine T. Aimone-Martin, President (resume) 
Cathy Aimone-Martin has
worked over 37 years in the mining and construction industries and with
geotechnical consulting firms in both the U.S. and Canada. Her research
and training work spans 25 years with academia and national laboratories in
rock blasting optimization, vibration analysis, structure response, and
community relations. Dr. Aimone-Martin is also an Emeritus Professor of
Mineral and Civil Engineering and Explosives Engineering at New Mexico
Institute of Mining and Technology and serves on a number of national boards
and conducts education and training programs throughout the U.S.
Mr.
Tye Lasich, Senior Project Engineer

Tye conducts
pre-construction structure surveys, field monitoring of blasting and
construction vibrations and specializes in structure response measurements. He is responsible for geotechnical evaluations and site
characterization. Tye has a MS in Mineral Engineering with a Specialization
in Explosives Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology
and a BS in Geological Engineering from Montana Tech.
Mr. Merlin Mercer, Project
Engineer
Merlin conducts pre-construction structure surveys, field monitoring of
blasting and construction vibrations specializing in vibration monitoring
and control. He has experience in the mining and construction
industries, and as a blasting engineer in the mining industry.
Merlin has a MS in Mineral Engineering, Specializing in Explosives
Engineering and BS in Mineral
Engineering and Engineering Mechanics from New Mexico Institute of Mining
and Technology.
Ms. Jennifer Aimone, Engineering Technician
Jennifer conducts pre- and post-construction structure surveys, risk assessment videotaping, and field monitoring of blasting and construction vibrations. Jennifer specializes as a community relations liaison, providing continuous communications throughout development and construction as well as coordinating professional services for the states of New Mexico and Hawaii.
Ms. Shari Montazeri, Director of Administration
Shari serves as office manager and accountant. Shari is currently pursuing a MS degree in Engineering Management from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
Mr. Mason Timm, Intern
Mason is currently working as a summer intern assigned to the World Trade Center Excavation Project performing vibration monitoring. He has previous experience with seismic and vibration monitoring. Mason is currently a senior in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Explosives Engineering at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
Ms. Sandra Duvauchelle, Vibration
and Community Relations Consultant

Sandra has 30 years experience
in site development projects and construction management with 15 years in
Hawaii. Project development expertise includes obtaining entitlements, civil
design coordination, county, and state permitting and approvals. Sandra
serves as a community relations liaison, providing continuous communications
throughout development and construction and coordinating professional
services.
